    Revenue is the moneys received by a company. Turnover is the revenue received in a given period = The gas company's turnover for 2006-7 was 25,000,000.

    Revenue is about money.
    Turnover has a wider meaning, you can have workers turnover, production/manufacturing , sales turnover, investment turnover, etc. It means the rate of movement/change of an entity in general.
