    please help with these sentences

To recap our conversation last Saturday, you are going to check the ready date for these 10 pcs remote controls, is any update today? This is urgent as Christine was advised you on July 28.

Please send us your updated report urgently; we cannot book the inspection without this report. Please send it immediately, to avoid any affect for the 2nd shipment.

Please forward the relevant email or document to me for the point of attached report shown no. 1 & 2

Re: please help with these sentences

    Hi Anglika,

Is this better to say for the sentence 3:

Please forward the relevant email or document to me for the points from Mary raised, the detail shown on attached report for number 1 & 2

    Regards
    Zoe

    Umm.
I think what you are trying to say is:

Please forward to me the relevant document in which Mary raised points relating to the details of numbers 1 and 2 in the attached report.
