    The second statement is correct since the 'who' here refers to the first person singular, i.e. 'I' and the possessive form with 'I' is always 'have'. In case the 'who' here denotes to the third person singulars, i.e. 'he', or 'she' or 'it' the following possessive form is 'has'.
