    Help for two sentences

    Hi,
Could you please help me correct these paragraphs? Thank you!

The next meeting of the XYZ is uncertainly scheduled for the 23rd of October. We would be grateful if you could book the date in your diary but please do not confirm the travel arrangements until a formal invitation is sent out.

It will be a joint meeting with the ABC and the agenda will be circulated near the meeting date.
