    Running Thin

    Dear friends and Teachers,

    1. My patience is running thin.

    - Does this mean "I'm losing my patience."?

    Thanks a million!

    Re: Running Thin

Yes, I'm losing my patience is a good equivalent.

Running thin can mean diminishing, running out, lessening.

It can also be applied to things in general.

    The supplies are running thin.

    I'm not a teacher.
