    shipment arrangement

Our originally plan is ship these 3,000 pcs of HG345 by one 20’ container as per our agreement instead of consolidate them with our other goods in one 40' container. However, our goods are only 12cbm, the customer did not accept for this LCL shipment and requested us to consolidate them with your goods into one 40’ container, this will help them more convenience for customs clearance for the goods import to France.

The difference transportation cost for one 20’ container and consolidation arrangement you raised is USD50.00. But this cost can be cover from THC charge by portion calculation; we would like to show you the details, as below:

    THC charge for 20’: USDxxx
The THC charge for 40’ container: USDxxx (based on your portion 28 cbm x *** = USDxxx)
The difference cost between these two figure is USD50.00 which is the same cost as your raised

We will explain you more details for the further shipment if such case happening again. We appreciate for your effort and help for this time / arrangement.

    Exclamation Re: shipment arrangement

Our original plan was (is) to ship these 3,000 pcs of HG345 by one 20’ container as per our agreement instead of consolidating them with our other goods in one 40' container. However, since our goods are only 12cbm, the customer did not accept LCL shipment for this and requested us to consolidate them with your goods into one 40’ container, as this will be more helpful and convenient tothem for getting customs clearance for the goods imported to France.

The difference in transportation cost (for) between one 20’ container and the consolidation arrangement using one 40’ container (you raised) is USD50.00. But this cost can be (cover from) off set by saving in the THC charge (by portion calculation; we would like to show you) as per the the details, shown below:

    THC charge for 20’: USDxxx
The THC charge for 40’ container: USDxxx (based on your portion 28 cbm x *** = USDxxx)
The difference cost between these two figure is USD50.00 which is the same cost as the difference in transportation cost.(your raised)

We will explain you in greater (more) detail should such case happen again (for the further) in future shipments. We appreciate for your effort and help (for this time / arrangement) in this regad.
