Question Where activities have been conducted under pressure...?

I am explaining a piece of my experience and I would write something like this:

I gained experience in change processes and projects where activities have been conducted under pressure and difficult path.

Is it correct? Does it sound fine?

    Not quite right:

I gained experience in change processes and projects through activities that were conducted under pressure and within strict time-frames.

Not a teacher. My version for the above:-
I worked in pressure situations in my projects, paving way to changes while facing difficulties and gained invaluable experience in the process.
