    What is the difference between

    What is the difference between
    1)tombstone and headstone?
    2) Husband and economize (all are verbs)?

    According to several dictionaries, tombstone and headstone are synonyms (= they mean the same).

    And according to the same dictionaries of synonyms, "to husband" means to conserve, to economize (or to economise).
