    either ''still'' or ''yet''

"Despite meeting with some 30 witnesses since Saturday, Quebec police stillhave yet to interview the two officers involved in the shooting."

    Hi there,
this interesting sentence uses ''still'' and ''yet'' simultaneously. Is it right, please?
    Thanks.

In this instance, it is ok as the situation is ongoing. As of this moment, the police thus far have not interviewed the officers.
