    Sentence

I will have to come out and admit that I'm quite horrible with grammar. To be honest, I'm not sure if I use correct punctuation most of the time. I do have a question concerning sentences and what you can start them with. I have never really been told, nor do I understand what you can and cannot use to begin a sentence.

Is there any super universal rule to this? I understand that; and, but, and because are not considered good to start a sentence off with.

These days, it's quite acceptable to begin a sentence with And, But and Because, in my opinion.
But other might disagree. And that's their right.

    Re: Sentence

One problem with the English language is that it has no official body governing its use.

While this doesn't mean a person can simply make up their own rules, it does seem to make things difficult at times.
