    Which is correct:

    1-If he isn't there, then that's good news. It probably means that he is in a safe place.
    2-If he isn't there, then that would be good news. It would mean that he is in a safe place.
    3-If he isn't there, then that could be good news. It could mean that he is in a safe place.
