    Post writing

The email is writen to a prof who wants to reserve some particular books in our library for her students. We were able to reserve all but one. How do I inform her in email? Please help to write it out. THANK YOU.

    Dear S.

I placed all the listed books that you sent to our library earlier on reserve for fall/08 for course 26-2000. However, the book "X" Vol.I 1991 is not available in our library. Therefore, I placed volume I 2001 on reserve.

If you have any questions regarding this please let me know.

    Sincerely,
    M.

    Re: writing

Just to make my earlier writing a bit clear I would like to add few more lines below.

Actually Prof. did not give us her books she just gave us the name of the books that she wanted to reserve. We all books in our library but one. She wated an older edition we have the newer version. This is information I just wanted to give her through email. Please help to write the email now. Thanks.
