Using 'DO' AND 'ARE' in a question?

    Which one is correct

1.Do all the rounds ( interview) will be conducted on the same day?

2.Are all the rounds ( interview) will be conducted on the same day?

If both were wrong please correct them.

    Both are wrong, I'm afraid.
Are all the rounds conducted on the same day?
Will all the rounds be conducted on the same day?

Only one verb goes with one participle ('conducted'). Both your versions have two:
1.Do all the rounds ( interview) will be conducted on the same day?

2.Are all the rounds ( interview) will be conducted on the same day?
If you wanted to use "Do", you could, but not with '...conducted': "do all the rounds take place on the same day.
