    stressing out

    Hello
    I found this sentence but I'm not sure weither I understand it right or not.
    Here it is:
    "Stressing out about something doesn't get you closer to completing your goal."

    Is this phrasel verb in this context means worrieng, I mean worry about??

    Yes it is, exactly. Stressing out = Getting stressed.
