    I'd say:
I saw him (omit "to") pass my house yestarday. Or:
I see him pass my house every day.

And also: we are bored with talking to him.

I saw him pass my house every day. would also be fine. I still don't know what the main concern about that sentence is.

    Re: Right or Wrong?

If you had to choose between yesterday and every day (in a test)?

I don't think it's a question about which adverbial to use; I'd rather think the task was to pick a word or phrase out of the ones underlined that is wrong; to pass is obviously the wrong one.

    Re: Right or Wrong?

Then there cannot be two mistakes. If "to" is the one, the sentence should start "I see him", not "I saw him" and should finish with "every day".

What's wrong with I saw him pass my house every day then?

Nothing: "saw" or "see" is fine; "saw" just puts an end to the series of sightings:

"There goes that man again. I see him pass my house every day."

    But

"I wonder what can have happened to that man. I saw him pass my house every day until last Sunday."
