Your first sentence is a bit confusing- surely they are looking for someone if they are advertising the position, so I'd get rid of the whole sentence. Also, a 'a maketing plan' is the thing, not the person who makes the plans- they're planners.
This is a bit too much IMO. They can question whatever they want, and it's part of the recruitment actually. Just say your English is very good, and let them be the judge during an interview.My ability to write and speak English is out of question

I think Sally means 'beyond doubt\question'. However, I wouldn't use it because, as you say, they can question or doubt anything they like.
