    The right place for putting Cc. is below the end of the letter after signature as shown below.

    Yours Faithfully
    Sign your name,
    (then put your full name underneath the signature.)
    Cc: Mr.Xyz for favour of information/necessary action.

    Generally it is only necessary to put the person's name.
