We understand you are waiting for the testing results before, but Christine was already confirmed you that the passed results on Aug 30, so please try any effort to expedite the schedule to 05 Sept and catch vessel closing on 08 Sept. looking for you’re promptly reply.

Hi teacher RonBee,
Yes, my meaning is Vivien told me.
Am I correct to write the sentence for 'I notice from Vivien'?
"I notice from Vivien" is quite original, but originality is not always a good thing. (I was able to guess from context what was intended.)
Vivien and I were discussing _________, and she told me that production will start on 18 Sept. That will make the shipment overdue as it was originally scheduled for 05 Aug.
"I notice from ....." is a phrase I would recognise from many business dealings. It is a colloquialism, but not one that really worried me. I am taking it that Zoe's correspondents understand her in this.
