    Unhappy Ramzy

To speak with you frankly I teach English language but it is not my mother tongue, As a result when I attend workshops I feel scared to interact with presenters or attendants so can you recommend me how can I overcome my fear as well as my hesitation? I'm a hard working teacher I read a lot in English but I use not so many words....my input is rich but my output is poor.

Be courageous. The more often you speak in public, the easier it will become.

You can practice in front of a mirror, or get a friend to act as an audience and practice on him/her. In the end, you have nothing to fear but fear itself.
