    When stress is different does it change the meaning?Do the following sentence all mean the exactly the same thing?
    caps are the stress(is this sentence correct?)

    for example,

    how ARE YOU?
    HOW ARE you?

    What time IS IT, MR.WOLF?
    WHAT TIME IS IT, mr.wolf?

    What time IS it, Mr Wolf >> Desire to know the precise time.
