    In the sentence below, what do the words in bold mean?

    I'm coo-coo for cocoa puffs, lashing out on raw instinct.

    I don't even know if coo-coo is a word!

    coo-coo >> cuckoo - used to describe someone who is eccentric, and here used to say the person cannot resist something, in this case "Cocoa Puffs" >> puffed wheat with a coating of cacao powder.

    However, there is a lack of context. "Cocoa puffs" might be marijuana laced with coke [cf Urban Dictionary]
