    what is wrong with the following sentence?

    hi

    i have a question: what is wrong with this sentence?

    Can you tell me where Carnegie Hall is?

    Is it the use of "can"?

    This is a good sentence... at least that is exactly how I might ask the question in Canada

    A better way to ask this is "Could you tell me where Carnegie Hall is?"
