    4. How cold it is!
    Which of the above sentences is correct?

    Hi,
    Sentences 1 and 3 are grammatically correct. The other two are just considerations or thoughts rather than statements or sentences.

    1. is correct.
    3. would be correct with a question mark instead of the exclamation mark.
    4. is a correct statement.

    They're both correct.
    5. works as a statement, whereas 3. doesn't.
