    "motoring groups" >> organizations who are concerned with motoring [Automobile Association(AA) and Royal Automobile Club (RAC) for example]

    "windfall taxes" - A tax levied by governments against certain industries when economic conditions allow those industries to experience above-average profits. Certain oil companies have achieved such profits in the last financial year.
