    These are in question form. Can you post two sentences, one for each of the above, as a statement, and then in question form?

    Do that, and you will be half way to answering your own question!

    UseDo you + base verb:
    Ex: Do you watch TV?
    Ex: Do you have a car?
    Use Are you elsewhere:
    Ex: Are you happy? <adjective>
    Ex: Are you watching TV? <-ing verb>
    Ex: Are you upstairs? <adverb>
