I usually see 'the USA' and 'the UK'. But in the brand, I can only see 'made in USA'. Could you tell me when I have to add 'the' and when I have not to?

You can choose each of them. Whenever you add "the", you should use "U.S.A" as the abbreviation of "United States of America" instead of "USA".
