I've got a bad mojo when it comes to weddings.
It's a reference to some primitive system of belief about fortune. In this system (maybe it was Voodoo...?) a mojo was a charm that brought good (and bad...?) luck. It's often used in the lyrics of blues songs: 'I've got my mojo workin' but it just don't work on you'. In this case the speaker's just saying he'll feels bad about being at weddings. He feels unlucky when he goes to them.
