Question Is Kelie a male or female name in UK?

I am writing to someone where its name is Kelie but I do not know if it is male or female.

It sounds female to me though I am not sure.

    Any help?

Is that the spelling you have? If so, I would take it as a female.

Are you sure of the spelling? I have heard of Kellie, Kelley and Kelly as feminine first names, but not Kelie, that is not to say that it doesn't exist.

Yes, the spelling it is correct. It is confirmed by her/his email that I have. She/He is an head hunter and I do not know how to refer in my letter: eg Mr or Ms?

I understand that I have to use Ms.

Anglika, thank you for correcting my post. Could you please explain me how exactly I have to write:

    Your:
I am writing to someone where its whose name is Kelie but I do not know if the person is male or female.

    I have to write:
    ...where its whose...
    OR
    ...where whose...

    ???
