The sentence 'I have had much.' sounds a bit odd to me. Do you native speakers use it in such situations? Any other expressions you can suggest?

Assuming we're talking about the fruit, I would question the use of the singular "orange" here. To me it sounds odd: I would say either "Would you like some more oranges?" or "Would you like another orange?"Would you like some more orange, sir?
