    use of should ,would and could

    Further clarification needed:

    1. We should be obliged if you could provide us with the document

    2. We would be obliged if you would provide us with the document

    3. We should be obliged if you would provide us with the document

    Any of the above (in bold ) is wrong usage of words ? and which is more appropriate for official letter ?

    Nothing wrong grammatically. The 1st one sounds better than other two, but more appropriate is:
    We would be obliged if you could provide us with the document
