    "How to get past fluffy?"
    What does "past" mean here?
and I didn't even get the meaning of the sentence.
So, can anyone please make me understand what does this sentence mean.
    Thank you!

In that case it means " How are we going to get past the dog without him reacting; barking, for example.

The meaning of the first sentence is 'Aap ke se ho? 'How are you?'.
With the second, I am a bit weak on the past tense in Hindi, but it means 'How are you up until now?'

Oh and 'Me bahut acha tha.' 'I have been/was very well', perhaps.
