    Years old or Year old???

    Hello guys! I have a doubt!
    What is difference between years old and year old?
    I've seen both formation but i don't know the difference...

    1...The first difference is that when talking about ages "year old" is used for 'one year' and "years old" is used for all other ages.
    'She is one year old.' 'He is five years old.' 'They all are over seventy years old.'

    2... 'year-old' can be used an adjective. (note the hyphen)
    That is a year-old car. He bought a twenty-year-old bottle of wine. (not 'a twenty-years-old bottle')
