Arrow Help to build a question

Hello folks, It's been a long time without asking you but now I'm here again with more questions.

I don't know how to build the following question (I'll try but am not sure if it is correct):

"What's the ICAO 3 test like?"

Is this question correct? Is it well formulated? What does it 's mean: has or is?

    Once again, thanks for helping.

    Cheers,

    Falcon
