    at looking out for

Both Chertoff and President Bush are warning that authorities will be at looking out for suspected gas gauging particularly in Texas but throughout the rest of the country too.

    Hi teachers,
Is it correct to use "at" in this sentence? If yes, what is the meaning of "at" here?

No, "at" is wrong in this sentence.

    The CNN report is:
Both Chertoff and President Bush are warning that authorities will be looking out for suspected gas gauging, particularly in Texas, but throughout rest of the country, too.

and president Bush are warning the authorities will be looking at for suspect gas

...is what happens when it is reported by a non-native speaker in a blog. (putclub.com)
