four or more adjectives continuously in one setence ?

I saw the movie where I heard this sentence:

"Is having a dead biker chick ride
    shotgun proper police procedure, sir?"

I am really confused with this above sentence that if 'ride' was used as
    an adjective.

if I think "dead, biker, chick, ride, shotgun, proper, police" are adjectives
in the sentence ,am I right?

    please explain.

    best regards,
    Jaguar
