Smile Usage examples of "cannot" vs. "can not"

I am working with someone who needs some help with when to use "can not" vs. "cannot"

I was hoping that I could find some good example sentences demonstrating appropriate usage between the two, "cannot" and "can not."

Could someone give me some good examples of both of types of sentences?

I don't know if it will help you but I simply want to try.

I can not only walk 5 miles on the treadmill but also work out on the ark-trainer for 40 minutes.

I cannot walk more than 5 miles on the treadmill.

I can, not only walk 5 miles on the treadmill, but also work out on the ark-trainer for 40 minutes.

    Slight addition ;)

Re: Usage examples of "cannot" vs. "can not"

For negative sentence, we use "cannot" or "can't".
    I cannot lift this bag.
    I can't lift this bag.
For the "not only......but also", as shown in the above two posts, we use.
    Hope that help you.

You've just turned a good sentence into a bad one.
