    too many will-futures?

    "Dear soandso,
I want to inform you that I'll come to Barcelona at the end of Spetember.
I'll try to visit you one day. But at the moment I'm not sure if I will have time.
I'll phone you when i'm there."

I'd mark the first one and change it into "I'm coming"...
What about the other three 'willies'? "I'm not sure if I will have (the?) time" seems correct...

    Re: too many will-futures?

I want to inform you that I'm coming to Barcelona at the end of Spetember.
I hope to visit you one day, but at the moment I'm not sure if I will have the/enough time.

I'll phone you when i arrive."

I have added the present continuous as you suggested, and also replaced the second will with a simple present tense verb. I have also added the verb arrive in place of there.

Have the time or have enough time are both possible in this context; they both mean roughly the same thing.

    I am not a teacher.

Is this to a friend? If so, 'I want to inform you' is very formal, as in "I want to inform you that I will be taking legal action against you concerning..."

To a friend, one might say:
    "Just to let you know..."

    Re: too many will-futures?

I had my students write letters to friends and before that we went through will- and going to-future, a standard topic that seems so easy in a grammar exercise , but not when it comes to everyday speech...
    thanks a lot
