    Post polite forms

    I'm a french speaking call center operator and I'm trying to find some polite forms of language to greet my english speaking customers example : " Who may I announce" ...."I put you through to mr ..." are these correct

    "May I say who is calling?"

    "Who shall I say is calling?"

    "Could I have your name?"

    "Please [hold the line/ hold on] while I put you through to Mr xxxx"
