    Should I use comma?

    Please tell me, should I use comma in this sentence? Thank you!
    In the inspected soil samples, six trophical groups of nematodes were revealed.

    It is not necesary to use comma in those sentence. You should take care with the using of commas.
    You can use comma, mm e.g: i like see the people, but i prefer go to the shopping. Used comma after but, and, because, etc...
