    Hi,

    Do we say :" it would be a pleasure to work with you " or "it will be a pleasure to work with you"?

    It depends on what you want to covey.
    "It would be a pleasure" means that you would find it a pleasure if you were given the chance to work with that person.
    " It will be..." means you already know you will be working with that person and you are looking forward to it.
