    Will you?

    Is it acceptable to write in a line of fictional dialogue "Let's pray, will you?" or does it make no sense at all?

    It's the usage of "will you?" that isn't clear to me.

    It is incorrect. "Let's pray, shall we?" would be fine. "Let's" = Let us

    Is the "shall we?" to ask permission or is it more like a tag ending (turning the phrase into a question).

    Is there an example of a correct usage of "will you?".

    You won't exceed the speed limit, will you?

    Get the phone, will you? [Answer the phone...]
