    If he was/were a kicker he would kick all the time even his dreams correct?
    Please tell me how to make these kind of sentence.

    Was and were are the past tense forms of is and are.
    If I was there, I wouldn't be here. (singular)
    If we were there, we wouldn't be here. (plural)

    If he was a kicker, he would kick all the time. Even in his dreams.

    In speech, many English people say If I was ... but it is better to say If I were

    If (I, you, we, they, he, she, it) were not was

    If I were you, I would study harder.

    I'm a native speaker of English. I teach English at a University. There isn't much need for me to study English, but I appreciate the advice.
