.Hello! I don't understand why there're two verbs in the parts I hightlight in blue. Could someone explain them? Thanks!
1. Catherine was all eager delight. "Delight" here is a verbal noun, used to express her state of mind.
2. She was come to be happy. A not-uncommon structure in late 18th/early 19th century English. Today it would probably be written "She had come [to Bath] to be happy".
