    indefinite-personal pronouns

What's the difference between 'we', 'you' and 'they' when they are used as indefinite-personal pronouns?

E.g. When you catch a cold they give you some pills.
We use 'a' before consonants and 'an' before vowels.

    Deictics are at play here:
    Inclusivity vs Exclusivity
you (anyone who catches a cold)
    they (anyone who treats colds)
    Inclusivity
We use 'a' before consonants ... (anyone who e.g., uses English grammar)

He laughs best who laughs last.

Is 'He' also an indefinite-personal pronoun here?

Yes, because you can replace it with "someone who".
