    Clarifications

    Hi All,

How to use idioms "against the clock" and "beck and call" in a sentence.

    Kindly give examples.

Kindly confirm the following sentences are right.

    Did you get the cab?

I will ask him to call back, once he come back to desk

    Thanks

    Guru

He is at his boss's beck and call.
["beck" >> "beckon" >> gesture to come]
