    20 poundS or 20 pound ?

Currencies take a plural s, like in 25 DollarS...
    Is this correct?

Is it common to drop the plural s? As in 30 Euro_ ?

Thanks a lot for any answers.

    Re: 20 poundS or 20 pound ?

No, I would always put an s at the end.

    20 pounds
    20 dollars
    20 euros

But if you were talking about a foreign currency that isn't in regular conversation, it would generally be based on whether an s is added in the native language.

    20 yen
    20 dong
    20 kronas
