    there is no book published in France that sells more copies than the Guid Michelin, which rates restaurant according to the quality of their food and their service.

    I need the same meaning of this sentence but starting with:
    France, and selling
    France, in order to sell
    France to be sold
    France sells

    which start is the best

    France sells more copies of the Guide Micheline than any other book published there. This guide rates restaurant according to the quality of their food and their service.
