    In or At

    Dear Teacher,

Hello, this is William,I live in Malaysia and i have a question about English. I always confuse between In or At , preposition.

    a) I'm in library now or I'm at library now.

    b) I'm in 1st floor or I'm at 1st floor.

    Thank you.

I am in the library = I am inside the building
I am at the library = I am near, outside, or possibly inside, the building

I am on the 1st floor is the correct preposition.
