    "Ready for bear"

I don't think I have the expression quite right. "Ready for bear" is as close as I can get, meaning "ready for a fight". What is the right expression?

    Very close. Loaded for bear.

You're ready for a fight and are well-armed. (This doesn't mean a literal fight.)
