    There's only one form of "you", that is "you".
    "You" is both singular and plural. (We do not have familiar and polite forms, or masculine and feminine forms of "you")
    The possessive adjective is "your".
    The possessive pronoun is "yours".

    You have a book.
    That is your book.
    The books is yours.
